Sharon Henry is a phenomenal and she helped me and my husband purchased three houses. The last one the buyer was ready to proceed with the sale and then the worst thing happened the buyer for the house we were selling fell through. Now we found ourselves in a serious situation. We already moved out and this’s the schools district we wanted our kids to attend. We were now living with someone temporarily.
Also the seller for the house we wanted was eager to sell he was moving out of state. This is where Sharon showed her expertise she was able to facilitate by connecting the buyer with a loan officer. We closed in six week and that was the happiest day in our life. We are still there 18+ years later.
During the housing market crash around 2008 when everyone was in a panic I watch Sharon pivot her business and took the distressed houses and help potential buyer become home owner.
